Staying Busy

Next month marks a year of me being in my current role. At the time it was a huge deal for me. Not because of what it was, but what it signified in my life. Prior to getting this position I was in such a horrible place… mentally. If we’re being frank though, being in an unhealthy mental state only causes everything else to follow.

I was in a very toxic relationship, and it was where most of my energy went. It caused me to drift away from not only friends and family, but from my path of getting to know who I truly am.
